LetBook is record-keeping software for self-managing landlords in England. This page explains what we store and why. It is not legal advice.
What we store
- Your name, email and password hash for the account.
- Property addresses and the certificate dates, notes and files you add.
- Optional tenant names, emails and tenancy dates you choose to record.
- Billing details processed by Stripe if you subscribe.
Why
We use this information to run your let book: reminders, exports and your login. We do not sell it. Reminder emails go to the address you set.
How long
Records stay until you delete them or close the account. You can export an evidence pack from the app at any time.
