LetBook helps you organise certificate dates, files and reminders. By creating an account you agree to use it as a records tool only.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for certificates, licensing, tenancies and how you let. LetBook does not give legal advice, certify that a property is lawful to let, or replace a solicitor.
The service
Free includes one property with dates and reminders. Paid plans unlock more properties, uploads and the evidence pack, as shown on the pricing page. Prices are in pounds sterling. You can cancel from Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use the shared demo account to store real tenant data. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other people's records.
